On the leading edge of Army Transformation to the Objective Force: Through government contract and the GSA Federal Supply Services, UIE supports ATEC in the advancement of transformation of the Army through a variety of activities to include the development of system evaluation plans (SEP), data base design, system analysis and system evaluation reports for an integrated continuous evaluation of Army, Joint and multi-service systems and concepts in support of the combat, materiel and training development processes.
