	Concept conceived by Mr. Ken Hampsten, AFRL/VS, supported by UIE, Dr. John Walker Air Launched Two-Stage-to-Orbit Vehicle (using C-141) Reusable Winged Booster Place 2000 lbs into LEO
On the leading edge of Space Technology, Space RDT&E: Through the GSA Federal Supply Services, UIE supports the AFRL through a variety of activities to include the development of new and novel space vehicle concepts such as the Bladerunner concept depicted above.
